A lifetime Ashoka Fellow, he serves as a Founding Director on the board of the Jacques Pepin Foundation; and on many advisory boards, including Chef’s Collaborative, Modern Farmer, and The Culinary Institute of America.
Chef Grace Ramírez is a cook, an activist, an author, and a broadcaster, Grace has become a global leader, taking her LatinAmerican heritage and charisma from the green paradise of hometown Venezuela to the vast audiences of Oceanía and the Americas. She was recently featured by Cherrybombe's 100 Women in Hospitality and People's in Español Most Powerful Latina Women of 2021.
Chef Noah Sims specializes in southern American grilling/cooking and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in multiple cuisines. Noah was a contestant on MasterChef Season 10, earning Top 4 among the 20,000 cast members.
Chef Jennifer Carroll is a celebrity chef who worked at Le Bernadin in New York City and captured the hearts and taste buds of food lovers nationwide on Bravo’s television show Top Chef. She also appeared on Top Chef: All-Stars. Her passion for cooking inspired Carroll Couture Cuisine, where she offers custom experiences and consulting.
Elizabeth Faulkner has appeared as a competitor and sometimes a judge on television cooking competitions including The Next Iron Chef: Super Chefs and Chopped All Stars as well as several others. Falkner was the executive/chef/pastry chef and managing partner of Citizen Cake for 14 years, and executive chef and co-owner/co-managing partner of Orson for 4 years.
